Policies / Terms & Conditions

  • Prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
  • Services are confirmed only upon receipt of the corresponding payment or deposit.
  • More than 2 additional hours will be charged at the Full Day rate.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Any damage detected after the service has been provided will be assessed and estimated by the technical department; the corresponding amount must be paid in full by the client.
  • Any modification to a reservation or service is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Failure to comply with these policies may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
  • If the client fails to appear at the agreed date and time, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued after 90 minutes for international flights, 60 minutes for domestic flights, and 30 minutes for one-way transfers.
  • The company assumes no responsibility for accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
  • If an invoice is required, VAT (IVA) will be added.
  • By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.
